Samantha Spady

The body of Samantha Spady, a sophomore business major from Beatrice, Neb., was found Sunday evening in an empty lounge at the Sigma Pi fraternity by a member giving a tour of the house.

An autopsy revealed that alcohol was a factor in Spady's death, and a published report said that she had a blood alcohol level of 0.43 percent, five times the legal limit for driving in Colorado.
